About
Purple Pages is the student produced publication for Inspire School of Arts & Sciences, founded in 2021. We publish a print paper at least 4x a year, and publish online articles weekly. We are not currently affiliated with any Inspire class.
We meet once a week in J226, after school. All work is produced, edited, and published by students, and writers hold copyright over all content. While students work under guidance of our CTE credited advisor, the student staff decides all content and has the final say on what gets published*.
All editorials are the opinion of the entire editorial staff.
As scholastic journalists, we recognize our implicit biases, and all stories go through a lengthy editing process. We also recognize our responsibility of being the sole Inspire School news source, and we work hard to keep our readers up-to-date and informed on school events.
We hold a firm commitment to journalism ethics.
Purple Pages operates as an open forum for the exchange of ideas. All students are encouraged to join Purple Pages and all students are invited to submit to our “Sage Advice” forum.
